Determining your hat size is very simple: Take a tape measure and measure your head where you want your hat to be, usually 1 cm above your ears.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the next larger size.

For example, if your head circumference measures 56.5 cm, we suggest you take the model in 57 cm, so size Medium.

Our hats are all handmade in France with the finest materials. Here are some tips for a hat that stays perfect throughout the seasons:
 
 - To preserve its original shape, store your hat upside down when you are not wearing it. Felt hats are best stored in a hat box.
 - To remove dust that accumulates on felt, brush your hat against the grain with a soft bristle brush. The felt will regain its beauty of the early days.
 - If your hat is wet, leave it at room temperature and avoid sources of heat or liquid that may deform or shrink it.

All our hats are made to order, please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be shipped. Delivery times are applicable from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. This will give you another 14 days to send us the product.
The product must not have been worn or damaged. It must come back to us with the label and in its original packaging.
The refund is made, after verifications, within 5 to 10 days on the card used during the purchase.
